Long Term Substitute Business Teacher (1.0 FTE) –  school year at Triton High School.

We are searching for a Business teacher who is passionate about developing a love of business and entrepreneurship among our students. The teacher will use varied pedagogical approaches, hands‑on and practical activities that connect lessons to the real world. Students, parents, and families expect a teacher who creates rapport and works collaboratively with Triton’s business club (DECA).

• Develop engaging, real‑world business lessons and classroom activities.
• Collaborate with teachers and the business club to enrich the curriculum.
• Build rapport with students, parents, and families, demonstrating investment in student success.
• Support student agency, promote voice and choice in the classroom.

• Deep understanding of varied pedagogical approaches in a business classroom.
• Hands‑on, practical teaching experience in business or related subjects.
• Ability to work collaboratively and creatively with students and staff.
• Massachusetts teaching certification.
