We’re hiring Production Operators to join our team in South Deerfield. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll learn real‑world electronics manufacturing while working alongside our elite engineering team designing robotic factories.

• Most suitable for freshmen - earn & learn through your entire degree

• Earn up to $40/hr with skills, shift premiums, and attendance incentives

  • At ~24 hrs/week, you could earn $40,000/year — enough to cover most tuition and living costs. Earn more as you acquire skills

• Student-friendly shifts designed around UMass schedules:

  • 2nd Shift: Mon thru Friday, after classes to 10PM+ (max 24hrs/week)

  • 5th Shift: Fri & Sat 4pm–1am, Sun 4–10pm (24 hrs/week)

  • 6th Shift: Sat & Sun 5am–5pm (24 hrs/week)

  • 7th Shift: Sat 5pm–5am, Sun 5–10pm (17 hrs/week)

• 10 minute drive from campus

• Communicate with our elite R&D team to debug our various robots

• Work in an extremely clean and safe modern factory

• Must be enrolled in a UMass engineering or related program, for example:
