Assistant / Associate Process Engineer – Cell Therapy (BMS)

Seeking a motivated Assistant / Associate Process Engineer to support operations at the Devens Cell Therapy Facility (CTF). This role is ideal for early-career engineers or scientists looking to grow within GMP manufacturing and cell therapy environments.

• Assess and support investigations of process-related deviations
• Analyze manufacturing and performance data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
• Provide on-the-floor technical support for equipment and process issues
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including MSAT, Quality, Supply Chain, Scheduling, and Engineering
• Support deviation prevention, CAPA activities, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Prepare and present data-driven summaries to technical and non-technical audiences
• Perform gowning and enter manufacturing areas as required
• Strong proficiency in Excel and JMP
• Experience with Tableau, Mareana, or Spartan is a plus
• Understanding of GMP / cGMP environments
• Exposure to cell therapy or biologics manufacturing preferred
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Chemical Engineering, or Biological Engineering
• Minimum 2+ years of industry experience
• GMP or Cell Therapy manufacturing experience preferred
• Hands-on exposure to cutting-edge cell therapy manufacturing
