We're looking for energetic and dependable Ropes Course Operators to help our guests have a safe, exciting, and memorable experience. You'll also have the opportunity to rotate between the Ropes Course, Go-Karts, Bumper Cars, Laser Tag, and other attractions
, so every day is different!
- Ensure guests follow all safety rules and attraction guidelines.
- Properly harness guests and inspect safety equipment before use.
- Explain attraction rules and assist guests throughout their experience.
- Monitor the course and ensure guests meet age and height requirements.
- Provide friendly, enthusiastic guest service.
- Rotate between attractions and assist wherever needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- Must be 18+ years old
. - Customer service or hospitality experience is a plus.
- Comfortable standing and being active for extended periods.
- Safety-minded, dependable, and friendly.
- Able to work days, evenings & weekends.
- Must be able to pass a CORI check.
- Weekend availability is required.
