What You Will Do

• Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products by providing tax advice, full-service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product/software inquiries.
• Use government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to locate and deliver the correct answer using everyday language.
• Use state-of-the-art video communication software to interact with customers and document interactions to maintain accurate records.

Who You Are

• Minimum 2 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.
• Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience, extensive tax‑law knowledge, and a PTIN.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) written and spoken communication skills.
• Passionate about helping clients navigate taxation complexities and committed to enhancing the brand by delighted customer service.
• Excellent customer‑service skills and excitement for interacting through video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, confident manner.

What You Need

• Must have (or be willing to obtain) an internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria.
• Must be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.
