Massachusetts State Gov - Sheriff's Dept Dukes [Dispatcher / Switchboard] As a Public Safety Communication at the State of Massachusetts, you'll:
Monitor, answer and prioritize all received emergency 911 and non-emergency calls;
Prioritize and dispatch to police, fire, EMS, and other public safety personnel all received complaints, emergencies, and alarms for fire, burglary, medical, panic, etc;
Assist the general public.
