Part Time Salon Receptionist

L'Equipe is seeking a friendly, professional, and organized part-time receptionist. As the first face that clients see when checking in, we need someone looking to play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our salon and help to keep it running smoothly.

• Greet clients and check them in for their services while making them feel welcome.
• Answer phones, make outgoing calls regarding appointments, schedule appointments, and manage booking for all stylists.
• Process payments and cash register transactions.
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk and retail area.
• Assist with product recommendations and sales.
• Support stylists with administrative tasks when needed.

• Previous customer service experience. Experience in a salon or spa would be a plus, but is not required.
• Someone reliable, punctual, and professional.
• Comfortable working with computers, and learning new booking software.
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
• Part-time availability between 25-30 hours weekly, and availability on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays.
