Community Crisis Stabilization Counselor – Part Time (Sundays)

The Community Crisis Stabilization program provides short- and long-term care for individuals experiencing mental health, substance use, and co‑occurring disorders. Staff work on an acute care residence to support consumers in maintaining physical and emotional health, living safely in the community, and developing skills for independent living. Interactions are guided by respect for each consumer as a unique individual and focus on crisis or situational stabilization.

Part‑time, 8 hours per week.

• Sunday, 7 am – 3 pm

• $21.21 /hour with a High School Diploma
• $22.27 /hour with a Bachelor’s Degree

• Provide guidance, education, supervision, and direct supports to consumers.
• Assist consumers in maintaining physical and emotional health.
• Support consumers in living safely in the community.
• Facilitate the development of skills necessary for return to independent living.
• Collaborate with team members to coordinate care and treatment planning.
• Document consumer progress and activities in program records.

• Bachelor’s Degree or Associate Degree with one year of experience, or High School Diploma with three years of related experience.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Basic computer fluency, including Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
• English language proficiency for clear communication and documentation.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
