Autism Behavioral Center's mission is to improve the independence and social awareness of individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) while simultaneously increasing the knowledge, skill set, and quality of life for both the individuals and families of those impacted by ASD. ABC offers a comprehensive array of services including one-to-one in-home therapy, social skills programs, community programs, specifically targeting deficits that impact individuals with autism.
Each service program is tailored exclusively to meet the needs of both the individual and the family.
Autism Behavioral Center is seeking full time Case managers to join Team ABC. We need a Case Manager with strong leadership skills who wants to make a difference working with an amazing team. This Case Manager will be responsible for assisting in intake assessments, developing and revising individualized programs and behavior plans, working with clients and families in their homes, the community and during social skills group at our center.
This Case Manager will work directly with Clients, their families and Behavior Technician (BT) to improve the lives of children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Restricted and Unrestricted hours will be provided for this position.

- Assist with intake assessments and environment checks in family homes
- Work closely with ABA coordinators & Behavior Technicians
- Complete ongoing documentation as required by insurance companies
- Design individualized behavior support and skill acquisition plans
- Model, implement and monitor progress of skills using behavior analysis
- Educate parents and staff about Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
- Review documentation and provide feedback as needed
- Educate and guide Behavior Technicians about ABA principles and techniques
- Encourage and participate in an environment that fosters employee satisfaction and maximizes productivity
- Conduct weekly training sessions for new and existing Behavior Technicians
- Working on receiving Master's Degree in ABA or related field
- Experience in ABA
- Experience working with parents and families
- Strong administrative and clinical skill set
Salary: $49,920 per year
