Tired of high-volume clinics, double booking, and taking notes home?

At Tour Physio and Performance, you treat one patient at a time, for 60 minutes, with a 35 visit/week target instead of 55–70+. You work with golfers, athletes, and active adults who want to feel and perform their best.

Perfect for someone who loves treating and training their clients from pain to performance. The ideal candidate for this role would also contribute to our performance based services.

In this role, you will:
  • Deliver one-on-one, 60-minute treatment sessions for golfers and active adults with orthopedic, post-surgical, and sports-related conditions.
  • Conduct and interpret Golf Performance Assessments (including TPI screens, flexibility, and power testing).

  • Collaborate closely with our golf fitness and performance coaches to ensure smooth continuity between rehab and performance.
  • Contribute to program development, team education, and client experience initiatives that make Tour Physio and Performance a destination for golfers and active adults.

This role starts part-time with a 60–90 day ramp‑up to full‑time as your caseload grows.

What You’ll Need to Be Successful:
  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) — MA license or eligibility required.
  • 2+ years of experience in outpatient orthopedics or sports physical therapy.
  • Certifications and experience in golf, strength, and conditioning (TPI, CSCS, NASM preferred).

  • Growth mindset: open to feedback, collaboration, and ongoing development.
  • Passion for working with active adults and athletes in a team-centered, high-accountability environment.
