Shift: 24hrs Day Shift, Hadley
Schedule: 24 hours per week

Pay Range: $70,408.00 - $ annually

We are offering a $10,000.00 hiring bonus. Physical Therapist Level II responsible for delivering pelvic health physical therapy services, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, educating patients and families, supervising support personnel, and managing operational resources.

• Focus on pelvic health physical therapy services for patients with impairments, functional limitations, or disabilities.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to provide coordinated care.
• Educate patients, families, and other stakeholders.
• Direct and supervise support personnel.
• Manage technical, environmental, and financial resources efficiently.
• Advance clinical expertise and pursue professional development opportunities.
• Assist in staffing, scheduling, and budget monitoring for the department.
• Participate in quality improvement and compliance initiatives.
• Provide clinical mentoring and education to staff and students.
• Demonstrate leadership, problem‑solving, and proactive behaviors within the department.

• Bachelor’s degree required;
  Master of Science or Doctorate in Physical Therapy preferred.
• Valid licensure as Physical Therapist in Massachusetts required.
• Current American Heart Association BLS certification required.
• At least three (3) years of experience as a Physical Therapist required.
