Compensation: $70,000 - $110,000 / year

Description

We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join Applebury Behavior Associates. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children, particularly those with developmental disabilities such as autism. As a BCBA, you will play a crucial role in assessing behaviors, developing treatment plans, and implementing interventions to improve the lives of individuals in need.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans.
  • Implement behavior analytic techniques to modify behaviors.
  • Provide training and support to behavior technicians and other professionals.
  • Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and make necessary adjustments.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for communication with clients, parents, caregivers, legal guardians, and families.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed medical documentation.
  • Other related duties as required.
Education & Experience
  • A Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and a Licensed Applied Behavior Analyst (LABA) in Massachusetts.
  • Master’s degree or Doctorate in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), or another related field.
  • Experience working with children, especially those with developmental disabilities.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology related to behavioral health.
  • Proficient in applied behavior analysis principles.
  • Ability to work effectively with individuals with autism spectrum disorder.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Safety Care trained, CPR trained, First Aid trained a plus.
