The pay for this position starts at $22.79/hour, with additional compensation added for higher education and/or years of relevant experience up to $26.98/hour. This position is located in Rutland, MA. The available schedule for this position is Wednesday-Saturday; 1pm - 11pm. $1,000 Sign-on Bonus.

• Be passionate about working with and helping youth.
• Provide and ensure therapeutic interventions in a compassionate and safe environment.
• Collaborate with the Program Manager/Director to create program vision and a positive working environment.
• Assist with the planning and implementation of programming for individuals.
• Assist with staffing and other aspects of program management as needed.
• Possess a high level of organizational and communication skills.

Devereux Massachusetts serves students with various complex psychological, emotional, and behavioral disorders, including but not limited to Autism Spectrum Disorder. Devereux s Trafford program serves females 12 to 21 with various psychological, emotional, and behavioral disorders (EBD) and/or trauma.

Job Requirements:

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Driver s license required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Rehabilitation Counseling or related degree preferred
• 1 year previous experience working with individuals with psychological, emotional and behavioral disorders, complex post-traumatic stress disorder, co-occurring mental health and substance abuse disorders, and/or autism spectrum disorders required.
• One year of relevant experience in a supervisory role preferred
• Must be willing to obtain MAP Certification within 90 days of hire.

Schedule:

• 2 weeks New Hire Orientation, Monday - Friday, 8AM - 4PM, in Rutland, MA
• Sunday - Wednesday: 1pm - 11pm
