You will implement individualized behavior plans under the guidance of a BCBA and use evidence-based strategies to teach communication and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors.
The role requires patience, teamwork, and a passion for helping children. Training will be provided; candidates must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and complete onboarding for an RBT
