DESCRIPTION
The Grove at Carvalho is looking for full time PTA's to join our dynamic, cutting edge Rehab department.
$3,000 SIGN ON BONUS for FULLTIME!!!
Job responsibilities:
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant Program or Certification by the University of the State of MA
- MA Licensure.
- Performs Physical Therapy treatments as designated by the licensed Physical Therapist.
- Assists the Physical Therapist in determining treatment priorities, identifying goals and selecting appropriate treatment techniques. Establishes rapport and maintains professionalism in administering treatment to patients.
- Records patient’s modality treatments daily.
- Documents on CCP, as indicated.
- Assist with chart audits as directed.
- Writes progress notes as appropriate and reviews notes and goals with the Physical Therapist.
