CNA​/HHA​/PCA Caregiver Positions

SYNERGY Home Care is urgently hiring CNAs, HHAs, and PCAs in Cohasset, MA. We are looking for compassionate, dependable caregivers who are ready to provide personalized in-home support. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available, with short-hour and long-hour shifts on weekdays and weekends.

• $20 to $24 per hour

• Assist clients with personal care and activities of daily living

• Support mobility, transfers, and positioning

• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed

• Provide companionship and emotional support

• Perform light housekeeping and maintain a safe home environment

• Follow individual care plans and daily routines

• Communicate client needs or changes to the care team

• Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification

• Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Comfortable working independently in a client's home

• Able to commit to the agreed-upon shift schedule
