Chatham Bars Inn, a Forbes Five‑Star resort located along the shores of Chatham, Massachusetts, offers a full‑service spa and a range of luxury amenities.
We are looking for a highly motivated customer‑focused Spa Attendant.

Chatham Bars Inn spans 25 oceanfront acres, features 217 rooms and suites, an oceanfront pool, supervised kids’ program, full‑service spa, and farm‑to‑table dining. The Inn is known for its commitment to excellence and exceptional guest experiences.

• Greet guests as they enter the spa.
• Provide tours and information about facilities and services.
• Assist clients with proper equipment usage.
• Book treatments by phone or in person and record transactions.
• Report accidents or injuries to the Security Department.
• Monitor spa and fitness rooms for cleanliness and safety, giving direction when appropriate.

• CPR and First Aid certification preferred (or ability to obtain).
• Engaging and welcoming personality.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Passion for creating an exceptional experience for all guests.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Physical ability to bend, push/pull, lift/carry up to 30 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Flexible schedule to work weekends and holidays.

$18.43 per hour.
