Junior Recruiter Coordinator

Looking to grow your career in recruiting and talent acquisition? We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Recruiter Coordinator to support high-volume hiring efforts in a manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, managing multiple priorities, and helping candidates successfully navigate the hiring process from application through onboarding.

• Source candidates through job boards, social media, and community recruiting channels
• Review resumes and conduct initial candidate screenings
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and operations leaders
• Manage background checks, drug screenings, and pre-employment requirements
• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process
• Maintain accurate candidate records and hiring activity within an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Support onboarding activities and ensure a positive candidate experience

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
• 1-2 years of recruiting, HR coordination, talent acquisition, or administrative support experience
• Manufacturing, industrial, or staffing experience preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and scheduling applications
• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) preferred
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
