Responsibilities- Initial Point of Contact or Help Desk Specialist for ALL incoming customer technical issues (including outside vendors).
- Process customer queries/issues.
- Follow document blueprints and standard operating procedures.
- Ensure accurate logging of all calls.
- Aim to achieve high customer satisfaction levels.
- Windows 2000 Server operating system.
- 3+ years working Help Desk Support, certified A+ or MCP preferred, Network/Desktop troubleshooting experience with:
Re-Imaging Desktops, Windows XP Operating Systems, Windows 2000 Server operating system.
