The Content Group at Klaviyo is transforming how Klaviyo customers create and deliver engaging customer experiences. We own the platforms that power our core content creation tools—including email and mobile editors, forms, and profile growth interfaces. You'll be joining a leadership team that is passionate about technical excellence, product impact, and team growth. The team is a blend of experienced tenured engineers and dynamic new hires, all collaborating to build the next generation of Klaviyo's customer-facing tools.

This role offers a unique leadership challenge: unifying multiple engineering teams under a cohesive technical vision, scaling platforms that span several surfaces and user journeys, and driving delivery in a fast-paced environment. As AI becomes a bigger part of our product, this group will be at the forefront—integrating intelligent tooling into the way Klaviyo customers create content. How You Will Make a Difference

Lead and mentor a team of 3 Engineering Managers and ~25 engineers across multiple product areas

Develop and execute the roadmap for the Editors Platform, Email Editors, Mobile Editors, Forms, and Profile Growth

Deliver AI-powered features that simplify and elevate content creation for Klaviyo customers

Drive architectural decisions that enable scalability, reliability, and long-term platform growth

Partner with Product and Design to ensure alignment between technical execution and user value

Foster a high-performing culture that supports career development and innovation

Who You Are

Experience leading orgs of 20+ engineers, including other manager

Proven ability to scale fullstack systems in cloud environments

Deep system design expertise and architectural leadership

Experience implementing AI tools in engineering processes or customer products

A strong track record of delivering high-impact, customer-facing features

Excellent communication skills and cross-functional collaboration habits

Background in companies like Akamai, Hub Spot, PTC, Smartsheet, Toast, or similar SaaS/product companies

Technologies We Use

Frontend:  React, Type Script

Backend:  Python (Django)

Infrastructure:  Kubernetes, AWS

AI Tooling:  Cursor Ai, ChatGPT, Gemini
