Overview

This role serves as administrative and technical support in our Personal Lines Department. This individual assists with client service and related transactions for personal lines accounts. This position adheres to our Corporate Standards of Excellence and the guidelines in our Professional Procedure Manual.

Who You Are

You are a Personal Lines Assistant Account Manager with 1+ years of Personal Lines insurance experience who is ready to step up to the big leagues. You are committed to providing the highest level of service, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and can juggle priorities and deadlines with ease. You are well versed in Personal Lines products such as Home, Auto, and Umbrella coverages and may have experience with Private Client Group clients.

You are comfortable communicating with clients via email and phone. You value relationships, follow procedures, have experience quoting and working with top national and regional carriers, are motivated by hard work and doing what is right, with accuracy and attention to detail. You enjoy a challenge.

What You Bring To The Table
  • 1+ Years of experience in Personal Lines insurance
  • Producer License is Mandatory
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred or equivalent work experience
  • Strong knowledge of insurance coverage and terminology
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and operate in a dynamic environment
  • Ability to work well in a team
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Fluency in MS Office products
