Location: West Boylston, MA | Onsite
Pay: $20 – $22/hour
Schedule: Full-Time | 1st or 2nd Shift
Employment Type: Ongoing Contract

About the Role

Have experience in production, manufacturing, or general assembly? You may be a great fit! No previous electromechanical assembly experience is needed. Training is provided.

We are hiring Electromechanical Assemblers in West Boylston, MA! If you enjoy hands-on work, using tools, and putting things together, this is a great opportunity to learn new skills while building electrical and mechanical products.

You'll work with a small production team to assemble electrical panels, boxes, and mechanical components using hand tools and step-by-step instructions.

Available Shifts

• 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
• Pay: $20 – $22/hour

What You'll Do

• Assemble electrical panels, boxes, and mechanical components
• Use hand tools and power tools to put parts together
• Follow work instructions, assembly drawings, and wiring diagrams
• Check completed work for accuracy and quality
• Work with your team to meet daily production goals

What We're Looking For

Required:

• High school diploma or GED with relevant experience
• Experience or familiarity with hand tools and power tools
• Good hand-eye coordination and mechanical aptitude
• Ability to follow instructions and communicate in English
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Preferred but Not Required:

• Experience in production, manufacturing, or general assembly
• Experience reading blueprints or assembly instructions
• Technical or vocational training
