We’re looking for aReal Estate Marketing Managerto lead marketing strategy and execution for our listings and company brand. This is a hands‑on, creative, and strategic role for someone who loves beautiful marketing, understands performance, and thrives in a fast‑moving, entrepreneurial environment.

• Work with Team Leader to develop & execute marketing strategies for property listings and the Nest brand through video, print, social media, etc.
• Help with staging properties and photo shoots
• Manage social media platforms, content calendars, and digital campaigns
• Create listing copy, social content, email campaigns, and marketing collateral
• Coordinate launches, open houses, events, and client experiences
• Track performance metrics and refine campaigns based on results

• Down to earth, creative, smart, savvy person to help magnify the Nest brand.
• Someone within 30 miles of the North Shore
• Graphic design experience in the luxury sector
• Results in social media, digital marketing, and content creation
• Strong copy writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills
• Comfort with analytics tools, digital ads, and CRM systems
• Highly organized, self-directed, and detail-oriented
• Real estate marketing experience or strong market knowledge is a plus
