. This is a part‑time position located in Rutland, MA, with flexible shift availability (evenings and weekends). The pay for LPNs starts at $30/hour and for RNs at $40/hour, with additional compensation for higher education and/or years of relevant experience. Eligible candidates may receive a $1,500 sign‑on bonus.

As a nurse at Devereux, you will:

• Play an integral role in admission assessments, individual assessments, and collecting and documenting current health status and medical history.
• Administer medications and assist with initial treatment plans and the treatment planning process.
• Communicate information related to the individual's medical care and behavior with the treatment team, including the psychiatrist.
• Oversee assigned case load of individuals residing in our group homes and collaborate with team members, external agencies, and/or guardians.

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• A valid driver's license is required.
• Graduated from an accredited school of nursing.
• Must be a licensed practical nurse in the State of Massachusetts.
• Previous experience with children and adolescents preferred.

• Minimum of 2 years experience in a related field of nursing.

• Must be able to attend a 2‑week paid orientation, Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 4 PM, in Rutland, MA.
• Proceeding Orientation:
  Looking for shift coverage during vacations.
• LPNs:
  Starting at $30/hour up to $32.18/hour with additional compensation for higher education/experience.
• RNs:
  Starting at $40/hour up to $42.80/hour with additional compensation for higher education/experience.
