Thirwood Place, Cape Cod's premier adult living community, is looking for energetic CNAs for weekend shifts. We are a stable long‑standing local company dedicated to giving compassionate quality care to our residents and are looking to fill evening and overnight shifts. Unlike facilities that provide higher levels of care such as nursing homes and memory care, Thirwood Place can provide a Certified Nursing Assistant with a regular and less demanding schedule.

We have a strong support structure with appropriate staffing levels that don't overburden the team. Certified Nurse Assistants at Thirwood Place enjoy regular breaks and a clean working environment in a residential‑like setting.

The ideal CNA candidate will:

• Have a passion for seniors and engage in care giving in a community set in a home‑like environment.
• Have excellent communication skills.
• Be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent.

We have immediate positions available for weekend and overnight shifts. Holiday bonuses and scholarship money from the Residents Council for college courses are available for certain candidates.
