We are looking for a skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to become part of our facility's compassionate care‑giving team. The CNA will interact directly with residents, providing comfort and assisting with daily living needs. We are searching for a dedicated, compassionate, and energetic CNA to be a vital link between our patients, nurses, and other facility staff.

Williamstown Commons Nursing & Rehab offers a supportive environment for residents on the road to recovery after a hospital stay or surgery. We provide care options including Rehabilitation, Short‑Term Care, Skilled Nursing, Long‑Term Care, Respite, and Hospice.

• Competitive Pay: $18.00 – $22.09 per hour (based on experience)
• Sign‑On Bonus: $4,000 for full‑time commitment (2nd/3rd shifts only)

• Days: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Evenings: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM (includes differential pay)
• Nights: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM (includes differential pay)

• Provide quality nursing care
• Comply with all aspects of residents’ rights
• Document patient care accurately and timely

• Graduate of an accredited state nursing aide training program
• Current Massachusetts Certified Nursing Assistant certification
• CPR/BLS/AED certification
• IV certification required
