Position: Registered Nurse MNA
Department: Cardiac Telemetry 2A
Schedule: 36 Hours (7p‑7a), Rotating Weekends
Position SummaryAs an RN in the Cardiac Telemetry Unit, you will play an integral role in delivering exceptional care. Using our patient‑centered care model you will be uplifted by a supportive nursing organization, and will be able to deliver the excellent care to your patients that they deserve.
Job Responsibilities- Deliver nursing care in the Department, including assessing, diagnosing, planning, intervening, evaluating, and educating patients
- Communicate with various health care team members, patients, and their families
- Coordinate and delegate appropriate patient‑care activities to inter‑professional colleagues
- Update and manage patient records
- Enter and interpret computerized data/information
- Follow guidelines and policies established by BMC’s nursing organization
- Assist the leadership team as needed in quality improvement projects
- Education:
Nursing Diploma, ASN or BSN (preferred);
Ability to obtain BSN within 4 years required. - License/
Certifications:
Current RN MA license, BLS + ACLS required. - Experience:
1‑2 years of acute Med/Surg experience strongly preferred in a hospital setting.
$38.10–$77.63 per hour. This range estimates pay based on minimum job qualifications. Our approach to determining base pay is comprehensive, considering education, experience, and licensure/certifications directly related to position requirements.
