As a Night Shift LPN/RN
, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, patient-centered care to our residents and patients. Your duties will include administering medications, performing vital signs, and documenting patient information. You will also be responsible for maintaining a safe and clean environment, responding to emergencies, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes.
