Seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) in Boston, MA. This PRN role involves providing high-acuity pediatric care with 12-hour shifts, flexible based on facility needs. Key responsibilities include administering medications, treatments, ventilator support, monitoring and documenting patient conditions, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure patient safety and compliance with policies.
Candidates must hold an active Massachusetts RN license
, demonstrate recent PICU experience (minimum 2 years), and possess BLS & ACLS certifications (PALS preferred). They should also be able to pass background screening.
