We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-acuity pediatric care in a Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU).
The role involves
- administering medications, treatments, and ventilator support
- monitoring and documenting patient conditions
- collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams
- ensuring compliance with safety policies
include an active Massachusetts RN license,
- minimum 2 years of recent PICU experience
- current BLS & ACLS certifications (PALS preferred)
- ability to pass background screening
The position offers
- self-scheduling with 12-hour shifts (day or night)
- competitive pay rate of $60-$62/hour
- W2 employment status, weekly pay, and benefits such as medical, dental, and vision insurance
