The Opportunity: We are on the lookout for adedicated and empathetic Night Shift Hospice Nurse (RN) tojoin our family. This role is more than a job – it's a calling. We are looking for an RN available to work 4pm– 8am,per-diem (no fixed schedule),
triaging calls and visiting hospice patients throughout the shift
.

Your Role and Impact:

• Work on-callfrom 4pm – 8am only,pick up shifts when you are available
• Triageall phone calls
  , received through our answering service, between 4pmand 8am for Broad Reach Hospice patients.
• Visit hospice patients as required for patient/family support and support of day nursing staff. Provide expert nursing care, symptom management, and emotional support tailored to each patient's needs.

Who You Are:

• A licensed
  
  Registered Nurse (RN) in Massachusetts
  , experience in hospice or palliative care is preferred but not required.
• Compassion,with a deep understanding of the emotional complexities involved inend-of-life care.
• An exceptional communicator and a strong advocate for patient and family needs.
• A team player who collaborates effectively with interdisciplinary teams.
