We are seeking a compassionate and skilled CNA to join our dedicated care team. As a CNA with The Grove at Carvalho
, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care under the supervision of licensed nurses. Your primary duties will include:

• Assisting patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Monitoring vital signs and reporting any changes to the nursing team
• Providing emotional support and promoting a positive patient experience
• Maintaining a clean and organized patient care environment

• Provide high-quality patient care by implementing safe and effective care practices
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients, families, and colleagues
• Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with industry best practices
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement patient care plans
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and activities

• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Massachusetts
• Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition patients of varying weights and sizes
