Overview
The Quality Coordinator (QC) supports the implementation and maintenance of TRC’s quality management system for offices within the East Region under the Power Delivery Sector. The QC will work with Project Management, Engineering and Design, and Project Control groups to ensure all deliverables meet established standards of accuracy, consistency, and quality.
The QC will focus on process enforcement, documentation tracking, and continuous improvement initiatives within the engineering team.
Responsibilities- Associate’s degree or equivalent practical experience. At least two years of experience in a quality or document control role within an engineering, construction, or technical services environment.
- Strong attention to detail, documentation accuracy, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across multiple departments.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and document management platforms (e.g., SharePoint, Salesforce, and/or Project Wise).
- Knowledge of engineering workflows, project documentation, or technical submittals.
- Familiarity with corrective/preventive action tracking systems or quality dashboards.

In accordance with local law, the below salary range is applicable for the job and location associated with this requisition. Compensation will vary based upon experience, education, skill level, geographical location, and other compensable factors.
Other Compensation: Employee may be eligible for participation in the Company’s annual Discretionary Bonus Program which is contingent on Company, Business Segment, and Individual performance against Key Performance Indicators which vary by year and employee.

Salary Range
USD $24.03 - USD $26.44 /Hr.
