Sample Management Associate

This role is 100% onsite at the Devens location.

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday,

* Weekends are required as the business needs.*

Responsibilities:

Perform routine processing and data review of raw materials, in-process, batch release, and/or stability samples of Bulk Drug Substance in a cGMP compliant environment.

Execute routine procedures owned by the Sample Management functional area.

Work in teams and have continual interaction with team members as well as other sub-teams within QC and QSS to exchange information regarding sample management to meet department goals and objectives.

Maintain daily contact with supervisory staff for work assignments and routine performance management discussions.

Prepare outgoing orders for QC testing labs.

Receive incoming shipments of samples.

Gather data for investigations.

Inventory reference standards and critical reagents.

Experience

Required:

Knowledge of basic electronic systems (email, MS Office, etc.).

Knowledge of basic laboratory techniques such as working in a BSC, pipetting, aseptic technique, and basic laboratory safety practices.

Familiarity with controlled temperature storage, sample inventory, and sample shipment and receipt.

Attention to detail and demonstrated organizational skills.

Demonstrated manual dexterity.
