You will lead day-to-day operations, supervise office and maintenance staff, ensure resident satisfaction, and manage occupancy and subsidies in compliance with program regulations.
The role requires five years of multifamily property management, LIHTC/Section 8 knowledge, COS designation, strong leadership, and bilingual Spanish preferred.
