Pelham Hospitality, Inc. dba Pelham House Resort operates across three Cape Cod locations:
Dennis (Port, MA), Pelham (On Earle, West Harwich, MA), and Love Farms (West Dennis, MA) in Barnstable County. This posting is for a temporary, full-time bartender position scheduled from 04/01/2026 to 11/01/2026. The role requires 40 hours per week about five days, with shifts ranging from 6am-2pm to 4pm-12am as needed.

• Train to prepare and serve beverages—liquor, mixed drinks, wine, beer, and non‑alcoholic drinks—according to resort standards and recipes for resort guests.
• Take beverage orders, prepare drinks, and serve guests promptly.
• Prepare fruit garnishes and other ingredients before the bar opens and master signature cocktails and seasonal offerings.
• Prepare and print bills, accept payments, make change, and process credit card transactions.
• Maintain cleanliness and stocking of all serving areas and verify guest identification when required.

No formal education or prior experience is required; on‑the‑job training will be provided.

Hourly rate: $21.84. Overtime is paid at $32.76 per hour when available.

• Transportation—including meals and, if necessary, lodging—to the place of employment is provided or reimbursed.
• Return transportation provided for those who complete the employment period or are dismissed early by the employer.
• Daily subsistence stipend: $16.28 per day up to a maximum of $68 per day with receipts.
• Tools, supplies, and equipment are provided at no cost.
• Optional housing available through the employer for $200 per week, paid directly by the employee via pay period.
• Employee shuttle service from housing to the worksite.
• H‑2B workers will receive reimbursement for visa processing costs (excluding passport fees) during the first workweek.
