Assistant Manager – Starting at $18.50/Hour

We are looking for an Assistant Manager to lead daily shifts at McDonald’s. The role is full‑time with a competitive hourly pay, and you’ll help provide a fast, accurate, friendly experience for all customers.

Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience. Some managers also lead specific departments, managing assigned systems such as training, food safety, and inventory management, setting goals, delegating tasks to their teams, following up, and reporting results to the broader management team.

• Previous managerial experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment.
• Positive team player with a flexible schedule and strong work ethic.
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate‑owned and operated restaurants.
