Overview

Position:
Grill Cook (full-time).

Location:

285 Old Westport Rd, North Dartmouth MA 02747. Online applications accepted only.

Schedule:

Full-time with varying AM/PM shifts; days may vary; weekends included. More details at interview.

Pay and benefits:

$18.00 per hour. Perks include complimentary meals during shifts, paid time off, paid holidays, and more benefits.

• Prepare and cook grill station items and take orders; complete orders and serve at multiple stations.
• Serve customers efficiently and follow steps of service; ensure food is at proper temperature and appealing.
• Use established ticket-collection procedures; maintain records from area worked during service.
• Use approved recipes and production standards to ensure quality, proper serving temperatures, and portion control.
• Move pans, kettles and trays safely; observe safety standards.
• Store foods following wrapping, dating and rotation procedures.
• Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment and utensils; maintain sanitation standards.
• Resolve customer concerns and report to supervisor; attend in-service and safety meetings.
• Maintain good working relationships with coworkers, customers, administrators and managers.
• Perform job safely and maintain a clean, safe work environment; perform other duties as assigned.

• 1+ year grill cook or cook experience required.
