The Commons in Lincoln campus is looking for a Lead Server to contribute to achieving exceptional experiences for our residents.

Responsibilities- Leads the dining team
- Accounts for all residents at meals and for takeout to ensure exceptional food service delivery.
- Leads training for all new Servers in the department
- Assists in managerial tasks in the department
- Reports to the Dining Room Manager
- 3-5 years of Server experience in a high-end community setting
- Shows a consistent ability to coordinate multiple tasks,demonstrates a positive attitude, and works well under pressure
