Gopuff in Manchester, MA is seeking a Process Lead to join the Operations team, reporting to the Site Leader or Manager. You will lead the performance and day-to-day tasks of Pack, Receive and Kitchen teams, coaching a team to deliver accurate orders with speed and a strong customer focus.
As a core member of the leadership team, you will drive shift execution, address issues in real time, and train new associates to uphold safety, efficiency, and quality on every order.
