• High School Diploma or GED.
• Strong ability to build constructive relationships within the store.
• Excellent communication with associates at all levels.
• Independent judgment and discretion in partnership with the Store Sales Manager.
• Solid knowledge of general retail practices and procedures.
• Effective team player.
• Flexible schedule availability, including holidays, nights, weekends, and extended hours.

• Regularly lift up to 40 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height using proper equipment and safety techniques.
• Ability to walk, stand, stoop, kneel, climb, push, pull, and perform repetitive lifting.
• Remain mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
