Brand Ambassador: North Shore MA

The Job
Short Path Distillery is seeking an outgoing, passionate Brand Ambassador to represent our brand and products at offsite tastings at liquor stores in the North Shore area of Massachusetts. The ideal candidate has customer service experience, excellent communication skills and is comfortable engaging with folks in unconventional environments.

Availability
Part time Friday evening and Saturday afternoon/evening availability is a must. Brand Ambassadors work 1-2 tastings weekly. Each tasting is 2 hours in length.

Responsibilities

• Work a tasting table in liquor stores
• Set up and dismantle each tasting event
• Engage with event attendees by offering samples, marketing materials and swag with the goal of selling bottles
• Educate attendees on the Short Path Distillery brand and its offerings
• Share event data and photos with Sales Manager
• Comply with all beverage regulations

Qualifications

• High energy
• Professional
• An interest in the spirits industry
• Customer service, hospitality, and/or retail experience preferred
• Ability to lift and carry 30 pounds

Base pay: $25 per hour
Commission: $5 per bottle sold. Commission applies after the first 3 bottles have been sold. That means once you sell 3 bottles, you earn an extra $15 ($5 ×
3). From the 4th bottle onward, you get $5 per bottle on top of your hourly pay.
