Sales Representative, Business Development
Job Summary
The Account Executive meets and exceeds local and national sales goals selling outstanding inventory to qualified advertisers by developing new business through direct to customer outreach and high‑level agency contacts. This role develops and maintains long‑term advertising relationships by presenting comprehensive proposals and competitive, profitable pricing structures in collaboration with sales, marketing and operations teams across a broad range of digital and printed inventory.
Responsibilities- Drive revenue goal attainment on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
- Prospect and develop new customer relationships, persuasively communicating strategies for meeting customer needs.
- Conduct outside sales activities, including obtaining orders and contracts while traveling for client visits.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by coordinating all aspects of accounts with creative, operations, marketing and finance staff.
- Determine project pricing based on management guidelines and negotiate fees or services with client approval.
- Oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring client satisfaction and delivering proof of performance.
- Accompany clients on market tours to showcase outdoor media sites.
- Communicate and coordinate with Ad Ops and other internal departments.
- Complete additional duties as assigned or requested.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, experience or military experience.
Work Experience
- Minimum two (2) years of sales experience or other relevant work experience preferred.
- Demonstrated track record of business‑to‑business and progressive sales experience strongly preferred.
- Media sales experience preferred.

- Travel outside of the office at least 50% of the time for meetings and industry events.
- Valid driver’s license.

Massachusetts position: $32,000 + commissions. Bonus eligible. Comprehensive benefits package available.
