- Experience:
5+ years in automotive retail sales, including 2+ years in sales management. - Results:
Proven success driving volume, gross profit, and customer satisfaction. - Skills:
Strong desking, deal structuring, inventory management, and closing ability. - Leadership: A passion for coaching, accountability, and an exceptional customer experience.
