As a Security Officer – Unarmed Patrol in Devens, MA, you will serve and safeguard clients in various industries such as Commercial Real Estate. You will monitor and patrol assigned areas to deter security‑related incidents and create a welcoming atmosphere by remaining visible and engaging with visitors and tenants. You will provide outstanding customer service, clear communication and responsibly respond to incidents.

  Wed 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM;
  Thur 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM;
  Fri 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM

• Provide customer service, carry out security procedures, and respond to incidents.
• Respond calmly and solution‑oriented to incidents and critical situations.
• Conduct regular and random patrols to deter unauthorized activity.
• Observe and report unusual activity, hazards, or maintenance issues.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and staff.
• Control access, verify credentials, and monitor entry and exit points.
• Complete detailed reports of incidents, patrols, and daily activities.

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Access control or badge experience preferred.
• Comfortable using computer or tablet preferred.
• Age: 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation subject to federal, state, and local laws.
• Criminal history considered in accordance with applicable laws.
• Drug screen subject to law.
• Licensing requirements may apply.
• Valid driver’s license required only for driving positions.
