Job Type: Part-Time / Full-Time (Flexible Scheduling)

Apex Entertainment is currently seeking a skilled and motivated Go-Kart Mechanic to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for maintaining and repairing our fleet of go-karts and related equipment to ensure a safe and thrilling experience for our guests. We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a hands-on, can-do attitude.

• Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and performance checks on go-karts and track equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues to keep equipment in top working condition.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, inspections, and parts inventory.
• Follow and execute scheduled preventative maintenance (weekly, monthly, annual) for all relevant equipment.
• Ensure a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Maintain proper stock of tools, parts, and machinery.
• Support the operations team during daily track activities.
• Interpret and follow technical manuals and diagnostic reports.
• Order replacement parts and manage re-stocking needs.
• Uphold all safety standards and assist in training staff on safety protocols.

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Formal auto mechanic training or 6+ months of related experience preferred.
• Prior experience with go-kart or motorcycle mechanics is a strong plus.
• Proficient in using diagnostic tools such as multimeters (to check fuses, batteries, etc.).
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Must have a valid driver's license or reliable transportation.
• Availability to work nights and weekends is required.

• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods (over 2/3 of the time).
• Ability to lift, bend, and work in physically demanding conditions as needed.

Salary: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
