Entry-Level Drywall Framer
We are seeking motivated and dependable Entry-Level Drywall Framers to join our team in Williamstown, MA. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start a career in commercial construction. No prior drywall experience is required—just a strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and commitment to safety and quality.
Responsibilities:- Assist in measuring, cutting, and assembling framing for walls, ceilings, and partitions.
- Support experienced framers with drywall installation and finishing tasks.
- Learn to read and follow blueprints, drawings, and project instructions.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, safe job site.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies.
- Uphold Optiline's mission and values through teamwork and professionalism.
- No prior drywall experience required—training will be provided.
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools a plus.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and eagerness to learn.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work on your feet for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation to job sites in the Williamstown, MA area.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
