We are seeking a skilled Residential Service Plumber to join our team in Boxborough, MA. This role is ideal for an experienced professional who takes pride in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining residential plumbing systems while delivering exceptional customer service.

• Diagnose and repair plumbing issues in residential settings

• Install, maintain, and service plumbing fixtures, water heaters, piping, and filtration systems

• Perform scheduled maintenance, tune-ups, and inspections

• Ensure all work complies with Massachusetts plumbing codes and safety standards

• Troubleshoot complex issues and offer clear, effective solutions

• Communicate with homeowners professionally and educate them on system operations and maintenance

• Deliver exceptional customer service

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Residential Plumbing Service Technician

• Massachusetts Journeyman or Master Plumber License required

• Proven ability to identify, diagnose, and resolve plumbing problems independently

• Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and multitasking skills

• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities

• Detail-oriented and organized with strong time management skills

Compensation: $80,000–$130,000 per year (based on performance and experience)
