Wage and Benefits Package

Hourly Rate: $40-$50 (based on experience)

Responsibilities

Diagnose, service, and repair residential and plumbing systems.
Install and repair water heaters, fixtures, valves, piping, and filtration systems.
Perform routine maintenance and ensure systems operate safely and efficiently.
Use strong troubleshooting skills to identify issues and provide clear solutions to customers.
Read and interpret work orders, manuals, and basic plans.

Experience with boilers, radiant systems, or hydronic controls is a plus but not required.

Requirements

Valid MA driver's license with a clean record
Current MA Master or Journeyman Plumbing License
Reliable, professional, and able to work independently and with the team
Team-oriented with strong communication and customer-service skills
