Join Devereux’s Advanced Behavioral Health team as a Program Director in Rutland, MA. This full‑time role offers a competitive annual salary starting at $54,000, with additional compensation based on education and experience up to $61,560. Sign‑on bonus of $1,000 and $250 bonus for MAP certification are included.
OverviewDevereux Massachusetts serves children with complex behavioral, emotional, and developmental disorders. The East Meadow program serves boys ages 7‑15 with ASD, ADHD, and cognitive disabilities. With a 1 staff to 3 students ratio, the program delivers individualized care and therapeutic services.
Responsibilities- Oversee daily operations of a group home, including program planning and budget management.
- Supervise residential staff and ensure delivery of high‑quality therapeutic services.
- Integrate community‑based experiences for youth and maintain compliance with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of nurses, educators, therapists, and psychiatrists.
- Lead quality improvement initiatives and impact treatment plans for at‑risk youth.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a residential treatment setting with at least 1 year of supervisory experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Rehabilitation Counseling or a related field preferred; 21+ years of age, valid driver’s license.
- Ability to complete 2‑week orientation training, Monday‑Friday 8 am‑4 pm, in Rutland.
- 192 PTO hours/year, 64 sick hours/year.
